H2A Innovation is the exclusive distributor for Italy of Cebelia Paris branded products.

2. Subject

These Terms govern the online offering and sale of Cebelia Paris cosmetic products to end consumers and professional customers.

3. Scope of Application

The Terms apply to all sales concluded through the Site. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms.

4. Product Information

Products are described in the relevant product sheets available on the Site. Images are for illustrative purposes only and may not faithfully represent the final product.

5. Prices

All prices are expressed in Euros (EUR) and, unless otherwise stated, include VAT. Shipping costs are indicated separately before order confirmation.
The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, the price applied to the Customer will be the one indicated at the time of the order.

6. Purchase Procedure

To place an order, the Customer must:

1. Register in the reserved area;
2. Select the desired products;
3. Add them to the shopping cart;
4. Fill in the required information;
5. Confirm the order.

The sales contract is considered concluded when the Seller sends the order confirmation email.

7. Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted:

• Credit/Debit Card (NEXI)
• Bank transfer

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is carried out within Italy. Delivery times are indicative and vary depending on the destination, generally between 3 and 5 working days from receipt of the order. Commercial offices are open from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or by force majeure events.

9. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Customers)

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from receipt of the products.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed cosmetic products that have been opened after delivery, for hygiene and health protection reasons.

10. Returns and Refunds

In the event of a valid withdrawal, the Customer must return the products intact and unused. The refund will be issued within 14 days from receipt of the returned goods.

11. Legal Warranty

The products sold are covered by the legal warranty of conformity pursuant to Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code.

12. Liability

The Seller shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from improper use of the products.

13. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, texts, and images on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

14. Personal Data Processing

Personal data are processed in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). For further information, please refer to the Site’s Privacy Policy.

15. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Verona.
